Dear Friends,

I appreciate all your business more than you know! I have decided to go back to my roots of doing a more personal approach to getting you delicious healthy Meals and Soups and of course Energy Balls. Orders will be going directly through me via text or phone call at 412-715-5146.  I will be posting my menu on Facebook and am also reaching out directly to people that let me know they would like this personal communication of the menu. I will post the menu the day ahead and will take orders till 2pm the day of. I will be delivering M,W,F between 4-6pm.
